Though I did not know Aling Lucing personally, I can’t help but feel sad about what happened. To those who haven’t tried Aling Lucing’s sisig, the one hour drive to Angeles is well worth it. Though I’ve given up on beef and pork, I think it’s safe to say my first taste of her sisig was a life changing experience. Seriously.

Farewell Aling Lucing. May your sisig reciple will live through the ages.
