		<description>Actually more than the stats mentioned, John Hollinger (that official stats guy of ESPN.com) placed these stats into proper perspective: CP3&#039;s current statistical pace is at an historical level...it can rival that of Magic, Isaiah, and JKidd&#039;s best seasons. 

Besides, given the rule changes in the NBA, if Steve Nash can get two MVP awards, why isn&#039;t CP3 getting his props? I guess the regular season MVP is turning out to be a real popularity contest instead. KG and the Celts have the best record in the league because they are loaded from players 1 - 10. Kobe can&#039;t qualify for this year&#039;s award because he spent the first month and a half sulking over his aborted trade away from LA. MVPs don&#039;t do that type of shit. So personally if there is any discussion for MVP, it should be between CP3 and King James. More than the stats, imagine New Orleans and Cleveland competing without them? I can&#039;t.</description>
